OUR EXPERTISE
Barnfield’s Residential Roofing Ltd. a Fonthill based family owned & operated business founded in 2013 by Michael Barnfield. Michael entered into the roofing and construction industry in 2005. In addition to Michael’s post-secondary education (Niagara College – Construction Renovation Grad 2011) and experience in the Construction Industry, Michael brings his building knowledge, a thorough understanding of the building code and organization to every project.

We provide roof installations for small to large residential properties. We also offer roof repair, on-going maintenance services, eaves trough cleaning and roof inspections. Our goal is to provide each customer with personalized service from start to finish. We want to educate & assist you, the customer, with making the right choice for your largest investment, your home.

Roof Inspections
After a severe storm or harsh winter it is a good idea to have your roof inspected. Minor damage that may not be visible from the ground could turn into a major more expansive repair down the road.
Scheduling routine checks will allow you to stay on top of the condition of your roof and replace it at the appropriate time.
Roof Maintenance & Repairs
Along with routine inspections, routine maintenance will allow you to get the most life out of your roof. Items that may require routine maintenance are caulking on metal flashing and various roof flashings. Damaged roof vents from storms or critters. Gutter cleaning to prevent back up water which will lead to ice build-up in winter.
In some cases a roof only needs a minor repair. It could consist of a few shingles that have worn prematurely or a fatigued flashing.
Michael is there to guide you through the entire process. From your initial call, to the estimate, and to being on-site from the beginning to the end of the job. He is there for you, the customer, to ease your concerns of what can be a stressful project.
